Refund policy

RETURNS & EXCHANGES We want you to love your AMOUR D'OR piece. If you're not fully satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges within 3 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags and protective materials intact.

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN Email us at Amourdor.official@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll confirm the return and share the return address.

REFUNDS Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS Earrings are not eligible for return or exchange for hygiene reasons, unless received damaged or defective.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging, and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.

RETURN SHIPPING Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
